ECPAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECPAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECPAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD23B, ABITRAM, and FBXW2. Each is linked with ECPAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECPAS-to-partner and partner-to-ECPAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECPAS versus RAD23B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECPAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECPAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
