ECI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5-8SP7, HSBP1P1, and TRAJ47. Each is linked with ECI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECI2-to-partner and partner-to-ECI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
