Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECI2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,405 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECI2-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ECI2, TOP1_S394, and MAP1B_S1625. Each is linked with ECI2-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECI2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-ECI2-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECI2-DT versus ECI2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
