Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ECI2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ECI2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ECI2-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ECI2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ECI2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
