ECD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 911 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPARA, ZNF724, and CDK7P1. Each is linked with ECD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECD-to-partner and partner-to-ECD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPARA grouped by ECD-low versus ECD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
