ECD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ECD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECD-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL18RAP, PSMA8, and DDX53. Each is linked with ECD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECD-to-partner and partner-to-ECD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL18RAP grouped by ECD-low versus ECD-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
