EAPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EAPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,045 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EAPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR10, KLHDC2, and AP4S1. Each is linked with EAPP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EAPP-to-partner and partner-to-EAPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EAPP versus ACTR10 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EAPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→EAPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
