EAPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EAPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EAPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P3, MIR107, and MIR4769. Each is linked with EAPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EAPP-to-partner and partner-to-EAPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P3 grouped by EAPP-low versus EAPP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EAPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→EAPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
