E2F3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,041 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP153, RIF1, and DHX9. Each is linked with E2F3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F3-to-partner and partner-to-E2F3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, E2F3 versus NUP153 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
