DYRK3-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,109 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK3-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Outer mitochondrial membrane organization. Each is linked with DYRK3-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK3-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated DNA replication grouped by DYRK3-AS1-low versus DYRK3-AS1-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK3-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK3-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
