Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,688 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYRK1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-628P, HMG20B, and ELOCP33. Each is linked with DYRK1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK1A-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-628P grouped by DYRK1A-low versus DYRK1A-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
