Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUX4L47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,914 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUX4L47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial tube formation, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Protein-containing complex localization. Each is linked with DUX4L47 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUX4L47-to-partner and partner-to-DUX4L47 results are reported.
