Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUX4L26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,074 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUX4L26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Translational initiation, and Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with DUX4L26 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUX4L26-to-partner and partner-to-DUX4L26 results are reported.
