The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher DUX4L26 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUX4L26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LIHC show a favorable association.
UCS, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where DUX4L26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
