Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUX4L19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,254 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUX4L19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular ketone metabolic process, Response to UV-C, and Carbohydrate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DUX4L19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUX4L19-to-partner and partner-to-DUX4L19 results are reported.
