Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUX4L19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DUX4L19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DUX4L19 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUX4L19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, KICH, and THYM are the cancer types where DUX4L19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
