DUSP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, RNA5SP442, and RN7SL147P. Each is linked with DUSP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP6-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by DUSP6-low versus DUSP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
