Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUS4L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS4L-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK and c-Kit. Each is linked with DUS4L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS4L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS4L results are reported.
