Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUS4L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,595 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUS4L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Regulation of telomeric D-loop disassembly. Each is linked with DUS4L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS4L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS4L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis grouped by DUS4L-low versus DUS4L-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
