DUS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, KRTAP6-2, and LINC00373. Each is linked with DUS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS2-to-partner and partner-to-DUS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by DUS2-low versus DUS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
