DUOXA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUOXA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,404 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUOXA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DUOX1, DUOX1_S634, and DUOX2. Each is linked with DUOXA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-DUOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUOXA2 versus DUOX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
