DUOXA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUOXA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,297 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, OR7A8P, and RNU6-1278P. Each is linked with DUOXA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-DUOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by DUOXA2-low versus DUOXA2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
