The most reproducible DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCL2P1, RNU6-747P, and MIR4796. Each is linked with DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11-to-partner and partner-to-DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 results are reported.
