DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where DTX2P1-UPK3BP1-PMS2P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
