DTX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,138 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC12, GNB2, and RHOG. Each is linked with DTX2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX2-to-partner and partner-to-DTX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTX2 versus ZDHHC12 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
