DTX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,906 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF4, BAIAP2L1, and ANXA1_Y39. Each is linked with DTX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX2-to-partner and partner-to-DTX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTX2 versus NCF4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
