Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,387 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, ANKRD22, and FAM110B. Each is linked with DTX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX2-to-partner and partner-to-DTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTX2 versus SRPX in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
