Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, MEK1, and eIF4G. Each is linked with DTX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX2-to-partner and partner-to-DTX2 results are reported.
