DSTNP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSTNP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,829 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSTNP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, CDS2_S33, and CLINT1_S227. Each is linked with DSTNP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSTNP3-to-partner and partner-to-DSTNP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSTNP3 versus XRN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSTNP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSTNP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
