Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DSTNP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DSTNP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher DSTNP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DSTNP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and LUAD show a favorable association.
LGG, LAML, and LUSC are the cancer types where DSTNP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
