DSN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNTC1, PRIM1, and GINS1. Each is linked with DSN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSN1-to-partner and partner-to-DSN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSN1 versus KNTC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
