Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,243 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Metaphase chromosome alignment. Each is linked with DSN1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSN1-to-partner and partner-to-DSN1 results are reported.
