Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf177, TEX43, and CCDC105. Each is linked with DSN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSN1-to-partner and partner-to-DSN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf177 grouped by DSN1-low versus DSN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
