DSG2-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSG2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,200 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSG2, DSC2, and ZNF24. Each is linked with DSG2-AS1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DSG2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSG2-AS1 versus DSG2 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
