DSCAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,399 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DSC2, TMEM119, and DSG2. Each is linked with DSCAS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAS-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCAS versus DSC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
