DROSHA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DROSHA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,786 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DROSHA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, GMPS, and SF3B3. Each is linked with DROSHA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DROSHA-to-partner and partner-to-DROSHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DROSHA versus ZFR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DROSHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DROSHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
