DRC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,133 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf174, ING2, and UQCRH. Each is linked with DRC7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRC7-to-partner and partner-to-DRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf174 grouped by DRC7-low versus DRC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
