DRC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, FoxM1, and Notch1. Each is linked with DRC7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRC7-to-partner and partner-to-DRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by DRC7-low versus DRC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
