DRAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,972 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, OR11H12, and UBE2V1P4. Each is linked with DRAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by DRAM1-low versus DRAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
