DPYS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPYS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP7-1, OPN5, and OR14K1. Each is linked with DPYS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYS-to-partner and partner-to-DPYS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP7-1 grouped by DPYS-low versus DPYS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
