DPYD-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYD-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,568 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYD-AS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPYD, DPYD-AS1, and DPYD-IT1. Each is linked with DPYD-AS2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYD-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-DPYD-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPYD-AS2 versus DPYD in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYD-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYD-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
