DPY30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,954 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPY30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM6, and SPAST. Each is linked with DPY30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY30-to-partner and partner-to-DPY30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPY30 versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPY30→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPY30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
