DPPA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B1, GAPDHP50, and CDC7. Each is linked with DPPA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA4-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B1 grouped by DPPA4-low versus DPPA4-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPPA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPPA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
