DPP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,586 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18BP2, FAXDC2, and RNU6-1018P. Each is linked with DPP8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP8-to-partner and partner-to-DPP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18BP2 grouped by DPP8-low versus DPP8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
