DPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5590, SNORD115-45, and PRSS3P1. Each is linked with DPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP7-to-partner and partner-to-DPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5590 grouped by DPP7-low versus DPP7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
