DPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,457 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN5, SBNO2, and AGAP2. Each is linked with DPP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP7-to-partner and partner-to-DPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZKSCAN5 grouped by DPP7-low versus DPP7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
