DOLK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOLK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, GTF3C4, and SEC16A. Each is linked with DOLK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOLK-to-partner and partner-to-DOLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOLK versus PRRC2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
