Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOLK RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DOLK data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DOLK RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOLK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where DOLK RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
