DOLK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOLK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,267 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RC3H2, NPM1P24, and PA2G4P4. Each is linked with DOLK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOLK-to-partner and partner-to-DOLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOLK versus RC3H2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
