DOLK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,126 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA2, OR7A15P, and FRG2. Each is linked with DOLK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOLK-to-partner and partner-to-DOLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA2 grouped by DOLK-low versus DOLK-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
